Ice cream with Amlou


A delicious meal is crowned with a marvellous dessert. Nothing is better than scrumptious ice cream to tickle your taste buds. A real moroccan delight!

Preparation is quick and simple and will delight your guests.

  • 400 grams vanilla ice cream
  • 200 grams chopped almonds
  • 200 grams d’amlou
  • Raspberries
  • Rolled wafers

Blanche, then gently brown the almonds. Chop coarsely.
Put four servings of vanilla ice cream in bowls, top with amlou.
Garnish with raspberries and rolled wafers.
